Where can I collect the phone?


Visit any Safaricom shop or Participating Dealer outlet near you and present the voucher reference number for handset downpayment. You will need your ID card for identification purposes. Down payment amounts are:

  1. Neon Ray Pro- Ksh. 500

  2. Tecno Spark 7- Ksh. 3,000

  3. Tecno Camon 17- Ksh. 5,000

How do make the repayments?



By dialing *544# or *544*5# and select You can choose Daily, weekly, Monthly or part payment.

  Can M-PESA be reversed in case of wrong payment?



  • No, M-PESA Reversal is NOT available

 Do I get data bundles or free airtime when I pay daily or weekly?

Yes, you are at liberty to buy the phone for someone else, but your registered line shall be responsible for the payments

No, you must deposit money on M-PESA and pay

Does the phone come with warranty?



Phones have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, Terms and conditions apply

What happens if I don’t make my overdue payments?


The phone will be locked if you have not paid the daily When the phone is locked you can only access customer care or M-PESA

What happens if my phone gets lost or stolen?
