1700 Safaricom Staff Members Graduate

The 2015 Safaricom E-Class Graduation brings to 4500 the number of Safaricom staff who have successfully completed at least one module in the E-class programme

"Safaricom is committed to improving staff skills and competences needed to produce outstanding customer experience in all our facets. We believe that it is important to provide equal opportunities for our employees to gain and improve skills needed for exemplary performance," said Roy Masamba, Safaricom Director of Resources.

"It is for this reason that in the last financial year, the telco launched the Safaricom People Development Program, a program that is helping develop the Safaricom employee, manager and leader brand."

1715 members of Safaricom staff completed 18,760 causes, 8000 more than the year 2013 -2014. Safaricom is one of the 7000 corporates in the world that offers E-learning to employees.
