Airtime Bundles Service

 The following terms and conditions apply to the Airtime Bundle Service  (“the Service”) and by participating in the Service you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the same:-

1. The Service

Eligible subscribers will have an opportunity to access airtime bundles which they can use for both on-net and off-net voice calls and SMS.

 2. Eligibility

The Service is open to Safaricom Prepay Voice customers.

3. Period

The Service will run from 00.00 of 16^th Aug 2018.

4. How to Use the Service

1. Customers will receive communication from Safaricom at the start of the Service.

2. To access the service, customers will dial *444# and/or from mySafaricom app.

3. You may purchase the bundles more than once during the day depending on your preferences.

4. The validity of the bundle resources will be 24 hours from the time of purchase and will be displayed to the customer at the time of purchase.

5. The amount deducted from the purchase of airtime bundles will not be considered in the aggregation of usage for the achievement of Stori Ibambe targets. 

5. General Terms

1. The airtime bundle resources will be used on both on-net and off-net voice calls and SMS.

2. Utilisation of the airtime bundle resources will be at out of bundle rates for both voice and SMS.

3. You will not be able to sambaza the bundle resources;

4. You will not be able to use the bundle resources to purchase any subscription services such as Skiza or data bundles;  

6. Other Terms

1. All other applicable rates for use of other Safaricom services remain unchanged.

2. Safaricom reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Service at any time. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements (including at Safaricom’s discretion, on the Safaricom website safaricom.co.ke) and will be effective immediately or as at the date referred in such notifications.

3. These terms and conditions are supplemental and subject to the standard terms and conditions for the use of the Safaricom PrePay and Post Pay services, available on safaricom.co.ke
