Now am back on the network but I cannot access my mpesa services because I cannot remember my start key my phone number is 0721368878 I have been trying to call your customer service line 100 since saturday. what should I do

M-pesa stetement from 1july to date

Today a Judy Mbuya hacked into my Facebook Account and started asking for Money on my behalf. The Money was to be spent through Mpesa. She got 15,000 Kshs. from UK and 10,000 Kshs. from Malindi before I could inform all my friends. Is it possible to trace this thief. Thanks in advance.
