Dear SAFARICOM, On 28/11/14 I mistakenly sent 5k to a wrong number (0721241964) and your customer care did not pick my phone calls until the following night and when they had picked my calls, the guy has already withdrawn the money and the customer care was a lady who refused to identify herself and she hanged the phone up. She also said to me to report the case to Police as she cannot do anything for me. Is that fair to me?
