At the beginning of the financial year under review, the macro-economic environment was subdued and so was our performance. However, as the year progressed there was positive recovery for both the macro-economic environment and the company.

The Board recognizes not only the accomplishments of this great company, its management and staff, but also celebrates the immense opportunities that lie ahead and re-emphasizes our commitment towards transforming the lives of Kenyans. This will be accomplished through the provision of products and services that meet our customers' needs.
