During the year, we removed 9 600 plastic tumblers in our reception areas and replaced these with glasses. We also engaged with our outside caterers (suppliers) to eliminate single use plastic bottles at our events and, if this is not possible, to collect the plastic used after the event. Over 200 000 single-use plastic items have been removed from across the business.
