In a world where the prevailing message is that the body needs fixing, there needs to be a voice that tells Women/Young girls that it’s OK to “do you” and be comfortable in your own skin, despite pressure from outside.

“The Good Body” aims to uplift and empower as it entertains.  on the ever-fraught relationship between women and their bodies, explores the destructive body esteem issues and leads towards finding beauty in imperfection.

Produced by Mbeki Mwalimu, it will see Patricia Ithau, Ian Mbugua, Muthoni Drummer Queen, Nick Ndenda, Nice Githinji, Brenda Wairimu, Mwikali Mary & Janet Kirina light up the Michael Joseph Centre stage.

There will be three shows – on 27th June at 7pm and at 3pm & 6pm on 28th June. Entry is KSh 1,000. Don’t miss out!
