    Safaricom Home Fibre is a service that allows you to have fast, reliable and unlimited internet access from the comfort of your home. Once registered you will be given a Wi- Fi router that will enable you to have wireless and LAN internet access.

  2. What is the Safaricom Home Bonanza 50% OFF Promotion?

    This is a promotion that will give all new customers who sign up and pay for the service within the promotion period,

  3. How do I get access to the Safaricom Home Fibre service?

    Simply dial *400# and select the "Get Safaricom Home Fibre" and follow the steps. You will get a call back from Safaricom within 24 hours.

  4. Who can take part in this promotion?

    Any first time Safaricom Home Fibre customer who pays using M-PESA or Bonga Points during the duration of the promotion.

  5. How long is the promotion valid for?

    The Promotion will run for sixty (61) days from 00:00hrs 1st August, 2019 to 23:59hrs 30th Sept, 2019

  6. How do I pay for the service?

    You can pay for the service using M-PESA or Bonga Points. Simply dial *400# and select the “Manage my subscriptions” and follow the prompts.
    You can also pay 50% of the package amount as indicated in the discount package grid directly to our M-PESA Paybill number 150501

  7. What do I need to access the service?

    You will be issued with a WiFi username and password which you can then use to connect to Safaricom Home Fibre. You can use the same details to connect to your Wi- Fi compatible devices.

  8. When do I get the discount for the promotion?

    The discount is immediately applied to your Safaricom Home Fibre upon payment of 50% of the package price using M-PESA or Bonga Points within the promotion period. Discount will not be determined on installation date but on payment date only.

  9. How can I check if my area is covered by Safaricom Home Fibre?

    Please visit the Safaricom website via www.safaricom.co.ke/home/ to confirm if your location is fibre ready.
    You can also dial *400# to select the "Are you in my area" option.

  10. How do I get assistance in case I have queries, issues or complaints?

    For assistance, please call 400 from the number that you used to pay for the service. Alternatively, you can send an email to Safaricomhome@safaricom.co.ke

  11. How do I add an additional number to access line 400?
    1. Simply dial *400#
    2. Select "Manage your subscriptions"
    3. Select "Existing account"
    4. Select "Manage contact number"
    5. Then "Add contact number". Please enter number in the format (7xxxxxxxx) then confirm the details.
    6. You will receive an SMS notification confirming the number has been added.
  12. What is Safaricom Secure Net?

    It's a service that gives you control over what is accessed on your Home Internet connectivity. The Service will offer protection against security threats including viruses and unwanted programs. It will also protect you from harmful websites such as phishing websites or sites that might contain viruses. You do not need to download or install anything in order to use the Service, it is provided over the Safaricom Network.

  13. How much is the Secure Net Service?

    Currently Secure Net is free for the 1st month. On the 2nd month you will only need to pay Kes 100 extra which is 50% off for the Secure Net package that costs Kes 200. Payment can be made via *400#
