I have three safaricom line of which one is on IPad, postpaid, second on phone Los post pid and the third also on phone but pre paid. I arrived fron Livingstone, Zambia sat evening, after being away forb8 days. On landing in Nairobi I realised I did not have my post paid voice phone with sim number 0721572673. After reaching home in Nairobi and searching mu luggage I confirmed it must have been left in the Zambezi Hotel. From 12.30 am I have been trying to get safaricom customer care but all I get is a promise that I will gt a customer care rep but upto now no rep has picked up the phone. All I get is your ads nd music. The big issue is that the only line I could use is the pre paid number 0726325030 and so I am not allowed to dial 200. So all ths time I am on hold then disconnected on 100. Please all I need now is fr you to block my postpaid number as I plan to com to your shop tomorrow to get a sim replacement. I am actually perplexed that I cannot cancel my post paid line in any way nd also that customer care has disconnected itself ver six times nd keeping me for so long. Can someone call m on the prepaid line 0726325030? Otherwise create a request to block in the self service menu. Or have a dedicated help desk for lst postpaid lne outside working hours.

Dear safaricom It is virtious for a business no matter how big to embrace good business practice ( ethics ). It has been a very disappointing time for me to discover that what I pay for is not what I utilise. Simple maths. My line has been disconnected for about a week and I am still incurring EXPENSES.... I have paid some money via mpesa which I have been monitoring its dissappearance. Let me know the procedure of discontinuing witn post paid . If that is possible John 0722513552
