Customers can receive information automatically by sending any of the corresponding [short codes] for different push channels as explained below.
This is delivered via SMS in the form of alerts or updates.
To know all the channels a subscriber has activated:
- Send an SMS to 411 with the word "list"
- 412 will return a list of all channels activated on the MSISDN
- Subscribers may then deactivate the channels one by one
Note: - Updates might at times be longer than the limited 160 characters per SMS.
- Messages sent by the subscriber to activate or de-activate the service will not be charged. However, receiving SMS with content (information) is chargeable at Kshs. 7.00
