In order to assist you to make your mobile truly mobile, Safaricom has developed a Directory Enquiries service, 191. By calling 191, you will be connected to an operator who will give you the number or address you request.
Our database includes landline and mobile numbers that are not listed as ex-directory. Our database is continually updated from Telkom Kenya for the landlines and also with new Safaricom subscribers that choose to be listed in the directory.
Each call will cost a flat rate of Kshs.20 and you can request for up to two numbers per call. So the next time you are out and about, all you need to remember is 191 - for any number, anywhere! |
