HUSTLE-FREE BILL PAYMENT

Paying your bills has never been this easy. Use M-Pesa to conveniently settle your PostPay bill and say goodbye to winding queues. Here’s how to pay your bill using M-Pesa:

• Ensure your M-Pesa balance is sufficient to cover the amount you are paying
• Select ‘Pay Bill’ information on the M-Pesa menu
• Enter 200200 as the ‘Business Number’
• Enter the telephone number or account number you wish to pay for
• Enter the amount you wish to pay(between Ksh 100 and Ksh 35 000)
• Enter your M-Pesa PIN
• Confirm all details are correct and press OK
• Your account will be updated within the hour

GO SMS CRAZY

Text away for as little as 67 cents and not more than Ksh 1 by subscribing to the Go SMS Crazy service. Subscribing for the service is as easy as:

• Dial *188# to subscribe
• You will receive a response message with options to subscribe to either the Ksh 5 or Ksh 10 bundle
• Upon selection of an option, a message advising you that your request is being processed will be sent to you
• Upon successful registration, you will be debited accordingly and your SMS account will be awarded with the correct number of SMSs (5 SMSs for Ksh 5 and 15 SMSs for Kshs 10).
